We are a traditional firm of General Practice Chartered Surveyors, providing most Surveying and Property Valuation services for a diverse client base for most types of residential and commercial property. We are Members of the Royal Institution of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the Pyramus & Thisbe Club and Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors.
We provide independent, professional and cost effective surveying and property valuation services in an efficient and friendly manner. Over the years we have developed particular specialisations in Party Wall Advice and negotiating Party Wall Awards, Leasehold Enfranchisement advice and Lease Extension services, Expert Witness reports and litigation support and Property Valuation Consultancy throughout London.
We are regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and fully insured.
